I have a small hard wall box style camping trailor. I plan to purchase a van to pull the camper and also as a back up vehicle. I have lots of grandkids and need the room (7 seater). Will most vans be able to tow a camper? Does it matter if it’s front or rear wheel drive? I know my friend towed it in the past with his Explorer. Any ideas out there would be appreciated.

I’m going camping for 3 or 4 days, and we need to bring a lot of stuff. I want to have room for my bike, so I want to have the car with a lot of room. were bringing things like pots and pans, lanterns, flashlights, clothes, silver wear, food, towels, etc. So does anyone know an effective way to pack a Pontiac Montana Mini Van?
thanks!
