I’m looking for another car & I’d love input. Here is what I’m looking for in a car; am eager to hear what you recommend & why.
Open re: body style–wagon, van, smaller SUVs, sedan, truck, etc. No disgustingly huge SUVs, please. Doesn’t have to be new–models up to 10-12 years old may be recommended; prefer years 2002 to 2007.
MPG–must get NO LESS THAN 20 city and 25 highway, the more the better (engine can be gas, diesel, hybrid–all ok)
Must be fun to drive & handle well, esp. in winter up north
Prefer 4 x 4 or AWD
Must be well made, reliable, and safe; prefer comfy ride, roomy interior
Needs to carry UP TO 4-5 adults & 2 Lab sized dogs comfortably–or fewer adults but good for hauling camping gear & kayak, getting kids back to college, etc. I put on 20,000 + mi./yr –this includes a 150 highway miles/week commute to work .
Needs to tow 16 ‘ sailboat; rear wheels need to go into the water to a depth up to 10″

I have talked to her. The police have talked to her. Im not sure if you are all in the US, but I am in Canada and I have looked for boot camp. Her and her 3 friends stole my van for a joy ride a few weeks ago while I was sleeping and you know what the cops said…because there was no damage and they brought it back I cant press charged. She is going to drug and alcohol counselling, but she lies there. Home schooling…that would mean that one of us would have to quit our jobs and financially that isnt realistic. She wouldnt do the homework at home anyway. She is totally defiant. I am hoping that someone who has been through something similiar can let me know what they did. I have done everything I can except send her to foster care. Serious answers only please….I am truly reaching out to anyone who can lend some advice.

A San Antonio pastor and an employee of his Christian boot camp were arrested Friday on aggravated assault charges, accused of dragging a girl behind a van after she failed to keep up during a running exercise.
Investigators with the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles E. Flowers, 46, shortly before noon at the Faith Outreach Center in northwest San Antonio, said Brad E. Bailey, a spokesman for the Schertz Police Department.
Bailey said boot camp trainer Stephanie Bassitt, 20, was later arrested without incident at her home in Kirby.
Girl alleges second assault
Authorities said both Flowers and Bassitt restrained the girl June 12, tying her to the back of a van with a piece of rope before dragging her on her stomach at the Love Demonstrated Ministries’ boot camp in Banquete, about 10 miles west of Corpus Christi.

I was wanting to know what laws are on the books about sex in public in florida and what are the stipulations of being in public for florida law? Example are you in public if you are parked in the woods camping and in your van covered and want to go at it what is legal and illegal?

When Jeff Hardy’s jail & probation sentencing was handed down Thursday in North Carolina court, more details came out about Jeff Hardy’s actual arrest in September 2009 that led to a two-year legal process. Reported from the Fayetteville Observer newspaper:
– Assistant District Attorney Warren McSweeney said the raid on Hardy’s North Carolina home came after employees at a Fayetteville, N.C. FedEx distribution center called police about a suspicious package.
The package was addressed to Hardy from a fan in Florida. It contained a Maxwell House coffee can filled with 262 prescription hydrocodone pain killers.
Police resealed the package and allowed the pills to be delivered to Hardy’s home. When Hardy accepted the package, Moore County sheriff’s deputies raided the house and found other drugs, as well.
– Hardy’s attorney, James Van Camp, said Hardy “got involved” with pills to cope with “pain and damage to his body” that he endured as a professional wrestler.
At the time of his arrest on September 11, 2009, Hardy had just completed a run in WWE. His final date with WWE was August 25, 2009 after being full-time in WWE for several months.
