Was this wrong of my mom to do?
Posted: January 23rd, 2012 | Author: | Filed under: Q & A | Tags: this, wrong | 9 Comments »My mom, husband, brother, sister, a friend of my sister’s were sitting in the van and we were actually gone camping. My mom just randomly throws her shirt off and she puts on another one. Then I give her “the mad look” and she says “hey its family.” Was this wrong of her to do? Now I am also concerned because she used to change her clothes in front of me and my siblings even till today.
yes, it was my husband and also my sister’s friend. other than that my brother and sister would be alright but the other two were also there.
It’s not that big of a deal. She probably wanted to change her shirt. She could have done it discreetly, but it’s not wrong. Uncomfortable for you, maybe, but not wrong.
I actually think it’s great that your mom would be comfortable doing that. A lot of people try to hide themselves.
that for me depends because if she didn’t have a bra on I would totally think it was wrong for my mom to do that but if she was just you changing a shirt w/ a bra it wouldn’t be that bad.
I’m 21, and throughout my younger years my mom would just change clothes in front of me, my sister and my dad. It’s nothing wrong. Some people are just more comfortable with their bodies than others.
wwoooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Was it your husband or her husband in the van with you guys? If it was my mom changing her top in front of my husband I’d be a little ticked off, though she never would but..If it was her husband though and she has been doing this for years, then it may seem really natural to her. I would talk about it with her. Tell her it’s uncomfortable for her to do those things and she could have asked to pull over or something so she could change. Good luck though, I hope this helps in some way.
i little embarrssing for you, but nothing wrong with it, its not like she was running around naked in the streets.
I think that is slightly a big deal and ask your mom why she did that and ask her to have a little respect for your friends and family!
Good Luck!
That would probably be a bit weird for your husband, but it’s not that huge of a deal.
