I want to travel across europe, need advice?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated . Also good places to visit!
Sounds like a good idea. Are you membesr of the YHA? This is cheap and comfortable accommodation if you hit a rainy patch or just don’t want to sleep in the van one night. You will be able to get showers etc. However, campsites are also fairl cheap and well equipped too.
Also are you good with cars? I do remember going camping in France with my husband and baby. We had an old cheap car, he was a mechanic , we took a spare fan belt and I didn’t worry!!
Alsace is very pictoresque and has wine festivals, I love all of France for the coffee, wine, excellent cuisine and pastries but did enjoy the south – Camargue, Marseille etc. Denmark is a lovely place and Norway has some spectacular scenery – the view from Mount Floen in Bergen after a trip on the funicular railway is worth a view adn also a ride on the Flam Railway.
Amsterdam is worth a visit for the canals, the trams, the masses of bicycles but watch you don’t get knockecd down by one if you are on foot. Prague is beautiful too – worth a weekend trip to see the Charles Bridge and surrounding area.
If you are going to drive your car to Europe ensure that you have the right insurance and are aware of all the driving restrictions in different countries it can be quite complicated. Also i would recommend either knowing a lot about cars or have a good grasp of foreign languages as if anything goes wrong you could get taken for a ride.
I would recommend trying to get down as far as Slovenia its a beautful country and then you could travel to Croatia, Rommania and Bosnia.
Also watch out for drivers as some of the roads and drivers are not too good
Make sure that vehicle is roadworthy (certified), taxed and insured before you set out. It would be a nuisance if you were forced to take it off the road because some copper somewhere though it unroadworthy.
Also, find out places where you can stop overnight legally.
Europe’s train system is fast, goes everywhere, and with a rail pass is reasonably priced.
Meanwhile, parking and traffic are a big problem in many large European cities, gasoline is very expensive, and you will have to try to find your way around cities and countries where you don’t recognize 95% of the place names on road signs.
Unless you really want to drive, trains are a cheaper and easier choice for the vast majority of travelers.
